Who is responsible

Milton Correa is responsible for the answers you give here. Write to miltoncorrea6@gmail.com about anything on this page.

What we collect

• Your answers to the questions.
• Your email address, only if you choose to leave it.
• Whether you agreed to a call, when the questionnaire asks.
• The label of the link you arrived from, when it carries one, and how long you took to answer.
• Your IP address, used only to stop one address sending too many responses. It is kept in a counter that is deleted within 24 hours, and it is never stored with your answers.

We do not ask you to create an account, we set no cookies, and there are no advertising or analytics trackers on these pages.

Why we collect it

To understand how recruitment agencies work and what they need, so we can decide what to build. Your email address is used only to reply to you about this research, for example to send something you asked for.

We rely on your consent: answering is voluntary, every contact detail is optional, and you can withdraw at any time by writing to us.

Who handles it for us

• Vercel, which hosts these pages.
• Neon, which stores the responses in a database hosted on Amazon Web Services in the United States.
• Resend, which sends the confirmation email when you leave your address.

Some of these providers process data in the United States, under the safeguards they offer for international transfers, such as standard contractual clauses. None of them may use your data for their own purposes, and we never sell it.

How long we keep it

We keep responses while this research is running and delete them once it is over. You can ask us to delete yours sooner at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to see the data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop us using it, by writing to miltoncorrea6@gmail.com. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to your data protection authority, which in the United Kingdom is the Information Commissioner's Office.
